Avril Lavigne, 35, proves she hasn’t aged a day during her 18 years in the spotlight as she takes to the stage at music festival in Napa

She is currently taking a break after reaching the half way point of her Head Above Water Tour. 

But Avril Lavigne returned to stage as she performed during Live in the Vineyard at the Uptown Theatre, California on Friday night. 

The Canadian singer, 35, proved she hadn’t aged a day since her iconic ‘Complicated’ era in her teens, as she showcased her vocal prowess.

Avril kept things cool in casual as she donned a baggy black top and a skinny black jeans and her standard grunge boots. 

Her youthful visage was enhanced with a subtle slick of make-up, which complemented her long sleek blonde tresses. 

Avril looked like she was having the time of her life as she performed with her guitar during the animated performance. 

In September, Lavigne embarked on her sixth tour to promote Head Above Water, her sixth studio album which was released last year

The US part of her tour, which is her first in five years, kicked September 14 in Seattle and came to an end on October 11 in in Philadelphia. 

The European leg of her tour will begin on March 13 in Zurich, Switzerland and will end on April 6 in London. 

Avril first soared to fame with her breakthrough single Complicated at the age of seventeen – making her the youngest female soloist to have a number-one album in the UK. 

She saw continued success with her catchy pop punk tunes such as Sk8er Boi, My Happy Ending and I’m With You.

On the personal front, Avril is currently in a relation with billionaire boyfriend Phillip Sarofim  – son of 90-year-old billionaire Fayez Sarofim, a Coptic American scion of Egyptian aristocracy.

The Girlfriend singer, who has been open about her battle with Lyme disease, had two failed marriages to two band frontmen.

She was the wife of Chad Kroeger of Nickelback fame from 2013 to 2015, and of Sum 41 singer Deryck Whibley from 2006 to 2010.
