A source tells People that J.Lo “had a great time with Ben” and that “she is happy with him and enjoys spending time with him.” Oh, and another source mused that “[Jennifer] spent several days with Ben out of town. They have a strong connection. It’s all been quick and intense, but Jennifer is happy.”

Meanwhile, an insider tells Entertainment Tonight that “They have a good time when they’re hanging out and things have been easy, fun and exciting between them. They’ve stayed in touch over the years, so the two of them reconnecting isn’t a huge surprise to their friends. Ben is protective over J.Lo and they’re trying to be as low key as possible.”

Nothing more low key than going on a romantic getaway with your ex of 17 years! Anyway, TBD on whether or not Bennifer will get serious, but apparently A-Rod isn’t thrilled. A source tells E! News that he’s “shocked that J.Lo has moved on,” and that “he truly thought they would be able to make it work and reconnect. He has been reaching out to J.Lo trying to meet with her and she has been very short with him.”
