When you think of iconic trios on television right now, it’s impossible not to think of Jane (Katie Stevens), Kat (Aisha Dee), and Sutton (Meghann Fahy) on The Bold Type. They are the ultimate squad goals. In this EXCLUSIVE video, the cast tries to name the missing link from other notable trios in pop culture, and it’s actually a lot harder than it looks!

First up is Lizzie McGuire. While Meghann names the missing person — Miranda — right off the bat, Aisha can’t quite put her finger on the character. “She went away! I remember she went away, and I was devastated,” Aisha says.

When it comes to Boy Meets World, Aisha has no idea about the show’s iconic trio — Cory, Topanga, and Shawn. She’s from Australia, so we have to cut her some slack! Nikohl Boosheri and Stephen Conrad Moore have some trouble naming Shawn, but Matt Ward comes in for the win. However, he doesn’t know the third member of Destiny’s Child after Beyonce and Kelly Rowland. That’s OK, because Stephen and Katie Stevens know it’s Michelle Williams!

As for the last one about Kim Possible, everyone has forgotten about Ron Stoppable! But the naked mole rat is a good answer! “Here’s the thing, I didn’t have a TV growing up, so now I’m a stunted adult,” Aisha says.

The Bold Type is currently in its second season. The next episode, which will air July 31, will feature a road trip to Sutton’s hometown! Jane will also be struggling with planning for her future, while Kat feels a rift in her relationship with Adena. The show airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on Freeform.
