The KKW Beauty founder chops off her signature long, brunette locks into an angled bob before attending Marcus Hyde’s event.
Kim Kardashian is more than ready for summer now. Saying goodbye to her signature long, brunette locks, the reality star chopped off her waist-length waves into an angled bob. She debuted her new look while attending photographer Marcus Hyde’s event along with husband Kanye West on Saturday night, July 28.
During the night out, Kim showed off her enviable curves in a silver skin-tight bodysuit and a matching skirt. Leaving little to the imagination, she went braless while pairing the ensemble with pointed heels and dark sunglasses. Meanwhile, Kanye opted for paint splattered jeans, a gray T-shirt and a few gold chains.
While she was already seen sporting the new do during the date night, Kim only debuted her new hairstyle on social media on the following day. Taking to Instagram Stories, the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star shared a video of her showing off her shoulder-grazing hair. Adding a fun kitty cat filter on her face, she tagged hairstylist Chris Appleton and wrote on it, “Hair Cut.”
Later on, she shared some clips of her attending the City of Hope poker tournament at The Forum in Inglewood with sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner. Among them was a video of her and Khloe, who also sported blunt bob, acknowledging their similar looks.
“Moms with bobs,” Kim told the camera while her sister played with her blonde locks. “Bobs with moms,” Khloe chimed in.
In one video, Kendall was seen praising the KKW Beauty founder’s new look, jokingly saying that she was “really concerned” about her appearance. “What?” Kim asked with a shocked tone, to which the model replied, “Like, you look so skinny.”
Khloe then added, “I’ve never seen a human being look as good as you. You’re like a walking Facetune doll.” Holding up a tiny black purse, Kendall said, “My purse is as tiny as you.” Kim was clearly with the compliments.
Besides the famous clan, the event was attended by the likes of Corey Gamble, Malika Haqq and Lala Kent.
