It’s an award-winning song and a Billboard No. 1 hit. BTS released their first all-English single, “Dynamite,” in 2020. They also released a music video and shared some of their favorite times to listen to this track.
Here’s what one of the BTS members said of the perfect time to listen to “Dynamite.”
The BTS members released their chart-topping song, ‘Dynamite,’ during 2020
They always light up the music charts like “Dynamite.” In 2020, BTS released their hit single, breaking the YouTube record for the most videos for a video within a day. About a year later, BTS broke its record with the music video for “Butter,” earning 108.2 million views in 24 hours.
“Dynamite” also earned BTS their first Grammy nomination. For some of the boy band members, this song has another meaning. One member even shared that this is the perfect BTS song for exercising.
Some BTS members shared their favorite activities to do while listening to ‘Dynamite’
In August 2020, BTS answered questions regarding their recent release with their “7-Second Interview,” posted to YouTube. The BTS members finished the sentence, “Dynamite is perfect for…”
Suga, one of the rappers in the group said, according to a translation on the video, “when you’re driving. [It’s] got the right BPM. The tempo is fun and upbeat.”
“‘Dynamite’ is perfect for when you’re working out,” RM said. The group leader is known for sharing his thoughts on working out, even if Jungkook is known as the unofficial “Muscle Man” of BTS.
RM often works out with the other BTS members
Aside from performing, some of these artists spend time in the gym. During the 2021 BTS Festa, the artists shared some of their favorite ways to exercise. Pre-debut, the performers would help each other stay in shape, making that one of their favorite times together.
“Right before our debut, all of us worked out so hard,” J-Hope said, saying that he missed working out with the other members. RM cut in, saying that he, Jungkook, Suga, and Jimin still work out together. Jin, V, and J-Hope don’t exercise as often.
“If you come to the gym, you can see soldiers like in movies. We’re like, ‘yes, baby! go, go,’” Suga said, imitating himself lifting weights. “When you open the door, you’ll see us shirtless saying, ‘we’re awesome, yes!’”
When it comes to the best BTS song to work out to, fans have a few suggestions. One Quora user suggested “Blood Sweat & Tears,” “Not Today,” and “Don’t Leave Me.” Another ARMY mentioned “Save Me,” “Idol,” and “Fake Love.”
The “Dynamite” music video, featuring members RM and Suga, is available on YouTube.
