Forbes has released their 2018 list of the World’s Highest-Paid DJs. For the sixth consecutive year Calvin Harris tops the list with earnings of $48 million.
The Scottish king of dance is “continuing to pull in healthy six-figure checks for his sets in Las Vegas — and well into the seven figures for headlining festival performances from Japan to Croatia,” Forbes said.
The Chainsmokers are close behind with $45.5 million, collected mostly from performances in more than 100 shows in the scoring period.
“Memories…Do Not Open” remains at the top position on the Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart.
The magazine said it compiled the list ranking of electronic acts around the globe using their pretax earnings from June 1, 2017 through June 1, 2018.
