- Coronavirus symptoms: what are they and should you see a doctor?
Cardi B has not been shy about voicing her concerns and criticisms in regards to how the coronavirus pandemic has been handled by the United States.
But during her Instagram Live on Saturday night, the 27-year-old rapper clearly wanted more answers regarding what the government is doing while much of the population remains in quarantine.
‘Are y’all spraying s**t in the street, are y’all gonna one by one take our temperature to see if we got it? How am I supposed to know that I have the Coronavirus?’ ranted Cardi to her 60.8million followers.
Called out: Cardi B hosted an Instagram Live on Saturday, where she questioned the U.S. Government’s effectiveness at controlling the spread of the coronavirus, while millions remain quarantined
The Bodak Yellow rapper, donning a cherry red wig, revealed that her intense inquisition came about viewing a documentary style YouTube video that explained the action taken by Wuhan, China,
‘When they put Wuhan, China in quarantine… they were spraying s*** in the streets. They were knocking on each door taking people’s temperature.’
Wuhan is considered the origin point of the coronavirus, but cases in China have steadily resolved since the initial outbreak.
Cardi went on to express her frustration towards the uncertainty surrounding the virus’ initial asymptomatic nature.
‘Let’s say that I have the coronavirus right now, ok? How am I supposed to know I got it!? Because sometimes I be like “if you have a cough you have it.”
‘But then I be seeing these basketball players who say, like, “Yeah, I have the coronavirus, but I don’t got no symptoms.”
