Capturing the scenic landscape of Newcastle’s Weetslade Country Park, the brunette Geordie looked in high spirits as she let her French Bulldogs Narla and Ivy explore – evidence of their muddy walk splashed across her not-so-pristine trainers.

On a sadder note, the business owner took to Instagram earlier this month to share a photo of herself with tears streaming down her face as she admitted: ‘This morning I woke up not at my best’.
She wore a black baseball cap and rested her hand against her face while looking visibly upset in the photo but insisted she intends to ‘get back to her best self’ just weeks after the death of her father.

The brunette bombshell also shared a series of videos further explaining the situation and told her followers: ‘I have been struggling a little bit,’ before adding: ‘It’s so important to look after your mind.’
Reclining on a sofa in her home, Chloe explained: ‘I’m not going to lie, I have been struggling a little bit.’
She continued: ‘But I know that I am going to be OK because I’ve been in this mindset before and I know how to get myself out of it.’
Chloe then credited her close-knit support system while also urging her fans to take care of their own mental health, adding: ‘It’s so important to look after your mind, which I do with Mark, and your body, which I do with James.’
She went on: ‘This morning when I woke up I didn’t even want to go to the gym, I was crying.
‘I struggled getting there but after doing my first session with James in the gym and I spoke to Mark on the phone I feel better than this morning.
‘After what’s happened the last couple of weeks it’s just put a lot of things in perspective for us. I see things a lot differently now.’
Beneath the footage Chloe wrote: ‘It’s okay not to be okay.’
