‘In this industry, you’re constantly going,’ says Savannah.

‘You’re not at home for dinner, and you may not get home until 9 or 10 at night, so that’s where South Beach has been great.

‘They have snacks, desserts and protein shakes that give me options and flexibility. It’s a lifestyle! I have a new healthy lifestyle and it’s been awesome.’

She continued: ‘They have this awesome popcorn, which I love. I’ll throw that in my bag. I’ll also throw some of their protein bars in my bag. It makes things so much easier.’

Why the diet works for her: ‘In this industry, you’re constantly going,’ says Savannah. ‘You’re not at home for dinner, and you may not get home until 9 or 10 at night, so that’s where South Beach has been great’

Savannah finds confidence in knowing that the program can help get back on track after a setback: ‘I can have a weekend of horrible eating, then on Monday I get back on South Beach and I can start to feel good again.

‘I think that’s the best part about it. You don’t just see a difference; you feel a difference. And that was my goal.’

When asked about planning for her upcoming wedding, she revealed ‘Honestly, I’m a big floral person, so the floral arrangements have to be on point.

Snack time that is not bad: ‘They have snacks, desserts and protein shakes that give me options and flexibility. It’s a lifestyle! I have a new healthy lifestyle and it’s been awesome,’ she said

‘I need a great big, big cake. Other than that, I’m pretty easy going, so floral and cake are my two. And too, my dad’s obviously going full throttle on all of the wedding planning, so I think we’ll be set.’

When she joined the program in January she said, ‘I feel like I’ve tried so many different programs but they’ve all been too difficult to follow through with — too many rules, too much prep, etc.

‘I have such a busy schedule and South Beach has made it so much easier to eat healthy! Their shakes, snacks and meals are DELICIOUS, and they’re GREAT when you’re on the go!’

Her faves: She continued: ‘They have this awesome popcorn, which I love. I’ll throw that in my bag. I’ll also throw some of their protein bars in my bag. It makes things so much easier.’ Here she showed off her diamond engagement ring

Her new slimmer figure isn’t the only thing she’s celebrating.

She also is set to become a bride soon.

In April she revealed her NHL star beau Nic Kerdiles popped the question on Christmas Eve, in an interview with People.

When the 25-year-old Anaheim Ducks player got down on one knee, ‘I just start freaking out because I’m like, ‘This isn’t really about to happen” said the reality TV star.

Her plan: ‘I think that’s the best part about it. You don’t just see a difference; you feel a difference. And that was my goal,’ she said

The star recalled how the proposal took place during filming for her show, and that ‘Nic’s family was in town and my whole family was there’.

Nic popped the question in front of everyone – but got so nervous he forgot his lines.

‘He tells me now that he forgot everything he wanted to say. He said he had this whole thing written out, and he was like, ‘I just forgot it all.’

A new way of eating: She has smaller, tasty meals that are full of protein. The star also likes to munch on South Beach Diet popcorn

‘And it was just so cute and everyone was crying.’

The Georgia native also revealed how the Texan athlete get tongue-tied when asking her father Todd for his daughter’s hand in marriage.

‘He FaceTimed my dad. My dad said he was so nervous when he FaceTimed him, that he asked my dad for his hand in marriage!’

The family: (l-r) Faye Chrisley, Lindsie Chrisley Campbell, Grayson Chrisley, Todd Chrisley, Julie Chrisley, Chase Chrisley and Savannah

‘He was like, ‘Do you want my daughter’s hand in marriage or my hand in marriage?’

Savannah and Nic have been dating since January last year.

And dad Todd has previously revealed that he’s a fan of the hockey pro. ‘I do [approve],’ he told Us Weekly last May. ‘I like Nic.’

The reality star linked up with Kerdiles just five months after splitting from NBA player Luke Kennard.
