Alexandra Mardell has announced she is engaged to her boyfriend Joe Parker after three years together.
The 27 year old took to social media to share the happy news as she posed alongside Joe, 26, showing off her sparkling ring.
Coronation Street star Alexandra posted a trio of photos with her 106,000 Instagram followers as she made the announcement on Monday night.
With the pair both looking ecstatic as they donned black outfits, Alexandra rested her left hand on her chest with the jewellery piece in full view.

"You make me so happy, my face hurts! Love you ridiculously. Future Mrs Parker," she continued alongside a diamond ring emoji.
Alexandra's former co-star Lucy Fallon was amongst the first to comment on the post, writing: "OMG!!!!!!! So happy for you both! Congratulations!!! Crying real tears xxxxxxxx."
Julia Goulding, who plays Shona Ramsey on the hit ITV soap, added: "Yaaaaay! This is wonderful news! Congratulations guys."
Meanwhile, Samia Longchambon penned: "Whaaaaa!! Amazing news you gorgeous pair! Huge congrats Ali!"
Catherine Tyldesley chimed: "Congratulations guys," with Emmerdale's Lisa Riley adding: "yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee that's amazing!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS loving the love [sic]."

Alexandra and Joe, who met whilst studying acting together in 2012, didn't form a romantic relationship until after they had graduated in 2017.
In October 2019, the pair opened up on their relationship in a stunning photoshoot and accompanying interview with OK! magazine.
Alexandra disclosed: "We were both in other relationships, I was friends with Joe's girlfriend and he knew my boyfriend.

Joe, who has starred in BBC soap Doctors, shot down the idea of a proposal at the time, saying: "Not yet! It’s a bit early."
