Dani Dyer's boyfriend Sammy Kimmence has been pictured in a mugshot hours after his arrest by Hampshire Police.

The 24 year old's other half appears stern in the photo, which only sees him from the neck up.

Sammy, 25, wears a black shirt for the shot and has his brunette hair styled in a middle parting as he looks straight ahead into the camera, leaving no trace of emotion.

The stockbroker, who shares six month old son Santiago with the former Love Islander, broke down in the dock on Wednesday as he was sentenced to 3.5 years in jail for "despicably" scamming two pensioners out of almost £34,000 by posing as a financial advisor.

According to the Mirror, during his Portsmouth Crown Court sentencing the court heard how his actions left an RAF veteran "living on the breadline".

The court heard how Sammy's victims were legitimate clients of an investment company where he used to work, with him taking them on when the business stopped operating.

It was then that he falsely claimed to Peter Martin, 91, and Peter Haynes, 80, that he was authorised to provide financial services through his company S&S Trading Ltd, taking £33,919.

Dani's beau pleaded guilty to five counts of fraud back in April, where the judge warned him that his offences were serious enough to cross the custody threshold and land him a prison sentence.

Four of those counts against Martin racked up to nearly £26,000. Martin has since passed away. The fifth count totalled £7,927 against Haynes, who has Alzheimer’s.

Haynes said of the matter: "In one go, all the savings that I accrued over my working life were wiped out. My bank account shows zero.

"I believe that I lost £8,820 to Mr Kimmence. I was left sick with worry."

He continued: "I have worked all of my adult life and what was taken by Mr Kimmence was everything I had saved.

"It's no exaggeration to say that I was left living on the breadline as a result of his actions and dishonesty."

Essex native Sammy's defence Craig Harris said on Wednesday: "He was living above his means, he found himself surrounded by what he perceived to be the glitz and glamour of the City and financial services workers and they would take him out to Club 195, nightclubs, and well-regarded bar establishments.

"And when the time came for him to show willingness to engage in this type of frivolity, he did."

He added that his client Sammy has saved £10,000 to repay his victims and is now training to become a quantity surveyor after losing his city job due to legal proceedings against him.

CPS Wessex Senior Crown Prosecutor Simon Clark said of the verdict: "Kimmence acted despicably when he duped his former clients into believing that he had set up a new company with which they could safely invest their money.

"The CPS used witness statements, financial records, receipts and mobile phone evidence to prove that Kimmence had not invested a single penny of the thousands of pounds he had fraudulently obtained from his victims.

"The CPS is committed to working alongside the government and law enforcement to provide a multi-agency response to combat investment fraud. CPS prosecutors work to seek justice in a variety of cases including those that cause the greatest harm to the public, especially vulnerable victims."
