Dannii Minogue, 49, shows off her age-defying visage as she celebrates Mother’s Day with a visit to Melbourne’s Camberwell Markets

Dannii Minogue is on the cusp of turning 50. 

But the actress and singer, 49, looked very youthful indeed as she stepped out at Melbourne’s Camberwell Markets on Sunday.   

She was accompanied by her son, Ethan, 10, as she celebrated Mother’s Day with the shopping trip.

The Masked Singer Australia star looked casually chic in a pair of blue skinny jeans along with a dusty pink V-neck shirt. 

She added a dark pink puffer jacket, and carried a gold tote bag with a floral motif under her arm. 

Dannii completed the look with a pair of reflective sunglasses and brown suede boots, along with statement earrings.

Wearing a natural makeup palette, Dannii opted for a nude pink lipstick and wore her hair off her face. 

The Neon Nights songstress has always been honest about her use of cosmetic enhancements.

In 2018, she revealed that she’s used Botox during traumatic times in her life to hide the signs of stress.

Dannii said that she believes many women undergo the cosmetic treatment as a ‘subconscious’ reaction to being unhappy.

She told Britain’s Stella magazine: ‘I don’t think I’m the only woman to use Botox that way.

‘Except a lot of times I think it might be a subconscious thing – that you don’t want people to see how you really feel.

‘But I’m genuinely happy now. I’m dog-tired because I’m a single mother and no one warns you how tiring having a super active little boy is. But life is good.’

She added: ‘And I’ve got fatter. I think having a little fat on your body is better than Botox in terms of looking good as you get older.’

In July 2020, The Masked Singer Australia judge sparked backlash when she was given an exemption to skip hotel quarantine by the Queensland government.
