And Davina McCall, 53,  shared a candid post-workout selfie from the comfort of her car on Saturday after an intense Spin class. 

The TV presenter displayed her flushed, dewy complexion in the quick social media snap as she revealed she was heading home for another workout, despite just completing an exercise session.

Davina was seen wearing a black sports top as her damp brunette tresses fell in front of her visage. 

She captioned the upload: ‘Holy macaroni. Morrrrrning . Spin ✅ now going home to do 10 mins of arms and abs from @ownyourgoalsdavina.’ [sic]

Davina flaunted her remarkable washboard abs earlier in June as she headed out for another one of her gruelling workouts.

The former Big Brother presenter, who recently expanded her fitness empire after launching a workout and wellbeing app, flaunted her toned waist in a sporty crop-top and leggings.

Hands on hips, she looked raring to go, posing outside of her home.

She wore a black top, tie dye grey leggings and trainers, tying her locks back from her smiling features.

Davina looked aglow, likely from her recent frolics in the sunshine, which she also documented on social media.

The broadcaster left heads turning when she flaunted her toned physique in nothing but a bikini whilst in Windsor, Berkshire. 

The television presenter took to Instagram to share a racy snap of herself strutting around in the string swimwear.

Carrying a round tray of cold drinks in one hand, Davina looked sensational wearing a white polka dot bikini, the bottoms of which were tied at the side. 

The tiny top displayed her cleavage and washboards abs as she smiled for the camera. 

With the sun beating down on her on yet another hot day, Davina wore a pair of chic sunglasses.

She also accessorised her ensemble with a simple bangle on her left wrist.
