Grandma’s still a bikini queen! Demi Moore, 60, looks incredibly youthful as she celebrates Mother’s Day with her first grandchild on poolside break

Demi Moore looked incredibly youthful as she posed in an adorable Instagram photo shared on Sunday while taking on grandma duty in celebration of Mother’s Day. 

The Indecent Proposal actress, 60, who recently showed off her stunning frame wearing a two-piece swimsuit, could be seen holding her newborn granddaughter in her arms while spending time by the pool outdoors. 

The star’s daughter, Rumer Willis, 34, whom she shares with ex-husband, Bruce Willis, welcomed a baby girl named, Louetta, last month on April 18 with boyfriend, Derek Richard Thomas. 

In the black and white snap, Moore flashed a cheerful smile as she glanced over her left shoulder while protectively holding the baby as they stepped outside to enjoy the warmer weather. 

The star, who notably flaunted her toned physique in Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle (2003), donned a cheetah-print bikini top and threw on a pair of stylish shades to complete her simplistic look for the day.

Demi additionally uploaded another black and white photo as she stayed close to her daughter’s side, shortly before welcoming Louetta to the world. 

The last photo she added into the carousel of snaps was a throwback photo taken when she was pregnant with Rumer. Moore also shares daughters Scout, 31, and Tallulah, 29, with retired actor, Bruce, who has been battling dementia. 

The former couple were married from 1997 until their divorce was finalized in 2000. Bruce later tied the knot with his current wife, Emma Hemming, in 2009, and they share daughters Mabel, 11, and Evelyn, eight. 

In the caption of the latest post, the Ghost actress penned to her 4.5 million fans and followers, ‘Circle of life. Happy Mother’s Day!’ 

Rumer also penned a sweet tribute to her mother in celebration of the special day, and uploaded a cute polaroid photo that was taken shortly after she had been born. ‘To be able to celebrate this day with you is beyond words.’ 

‘The privilege to walk in this path of motherhood with you by my side to support and guide me is something I have only dreamed of. Thank you for holding the most beautiful space for me as I made the transition from maiden to mother.’ 

The eldest daughter of Demi and Bruce continued, ‘Thank you for helping me walk through and rise to the occasion to have the birth I dreamed of.’ 

‘What a gift to finally truly understand the depth of love that you have for me and my sisters because of my own endless well of love I have for my daughter. I love you mom. I am filled with so much joy and gratitude. I have never been so happy in my whole life. I have dreamed of this day since I was born.’

Rumer recently opened up about her father and mother during an interview with People last month in April.  ‘We’re so goofy, all of us, and just weird. We’re a family of weirdos, and I love that so much.’ 

‘I really hope that that is engendered in this child, just the silliness and goofiness. I think my mom had that. My dad had that. My sisters…’ 

Along with raising three daughters, Demi has also fully embraced taking on the new role as grandmother. 

While Rumer was getting ready to welcome her daughter, a source told Us Weekly that Moore, ‘can’t wait to be a grandma and is helping Rumer get ready in all kinds of ways,’ such as building a ‘nursey’ and ‘sharing her own experiences of a smooth pregnancy.’

Shortly before celebrating Mother’s Day, the mother of three uploaded an Instagram post showing off her toned frame while wearing a cheetah-print bikini while enjoying a beach day with her dog, Pilaf. 

In one of the images, the Ghost actress reclined on a couch on the deck of the beach house with her tiny chihuahua Pilaf perched on her chest.

In another, she crouched in the sand holding the dog close to her with the beach house, a surfboard and palm trees in the background. After a break from exercising, she jumped back into a fitness routine and health journey in 2019. 

The now 60-year-old star also takes care of what she puts into her body too. She follows a strict raw vegan diet, which means she only eats raw plant foods that can be consumed without cooking.

There are claims that ingredients can lose important nutrients and enzymes in the cooking process – and having raw plant food will improve energy levels, prevent disease and boost overall health.

She is not the only famous face to have signed up for the diet with others, including Gwyneth Paltrow, following suit.

The raw vegan diet seems to be working for Demi who is also among the celebrities who has turned their backs on alcohol.

In her 2019 memoir, Inside Out, she revealed that she broke a 20-year period of sobriety with a beer after ex-husband Ashton Kutcher told her that he doubted alcoholism exists. But, despite a brief relapse, has embraced sobriety once again.
