Dolores Catania of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey shocked her 730K Instagram followers on Wednesday when she shared a topless photo of herself in nothing but a pair of nude briefs.

The reality TV staple, 50, was showing off her new figure after getting 14 hours of plastic surgery – which included full-body liposuction, Botox and fillers – so she could look her best during her show’s season 11 reunion special with Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga, among others. 

The girlfriend of David Principe also said she had her vagina worked on, making it ‘brand new,’ and she went on a ‘crash diet.’

And while her Bravo friends praised her post saying the star looked ‘hot,’ her ex-husband Frank Catania was not too thrilled as he told her to get some ‘f***ing’ clothes on.

In the new image, the beauty from Paterson, New Jersey can be seen with her highlighted, wavy hair falling over her chest as she has on nothing but a pair of light colored panties. 

Her waistline and bottom look small as her smile suggested she is very proud of her new shape. 

The mother of two was fully made up while posing in a room with makeup and a laptop in the background. 

She said in her caption the gloves would be ‘off’ for the reunion.

But her family was not pleased.

Her ex-husband Frank Catania, said, ‘Put some f***ing clothes on @dolorescatania’ and daughter Gabrielle shared: ‘All my childhood nightmares of @nicklarson7 seeing you naked just came true.’

Dolores had 14 hours of full plastic surgery recently that included full-body lipo and a ‘brand-new vagina.’

Last year she had a tummy tuck last year and touched up her Botox and fillers. Before that she had a facelift. 

‘I got full plastic surgery, full-body lipo, a brand-new vagina,’ the entrepreneur told Andy Cohen during the special.

She sure was proud of her new look: The siren wore a gold gown to make the most of her new figure for the reunion 

‘I don’t know what that has to do with the reunion, but I figured while I was doing everything, [why not]!’ she laughed. 

Dr. Joseph Michaels took care of everything ‘from the neck down,’ according to Dolores.

Cantania was proud of how much effort she put into her image, saying she ‘probably does the most out of [anyone on] all the Housewives franchises’ to prepare.

In addition to her surgeries, Dolores underwent lymphatic massages and a ‘super crash diet’ courtesy of Elite Health Center.

‘Two million people are going to watch this, maybe more if we’re lucky. And you got to look good, you got to look your best,’ she reasoned.

Once she was ready for her close-up, the star decided on an ‘Old Hollywood glam’ gold gown by designer Tarik Ediz.

But there was a bit of ‘dress drama’ before the cameras began to roll.

‘We all had dress issues!’ Dolores said. ‘Jen ordered a dress, it came in shoddy. My dress came in from Turkey, and the woman botched it.’

Luckily, she was able to take the piece to Laura’s Boutique, a bridal shop in Carmel Hamlet, New York, where she was able to ‘find somebody to take the dress apart and put it back together.’

After her last minute tailoring, Catania tied things together with Christian Louboutin heels and gems from John Michaels Jewelry.
