Actress Emilly Atack and TOWIE’s Joey Essex shared a sneaky backstage kiss, as they filmed the final of Celebrity Juice.
The ITV comedy panel show has come to an end after 26 series, with a slew of special guests appearing in tonight’s finale including Fearne Cotton and Holly Willoughby.
However, it seems the reality star became particularly close to team captain Emily as the pair filmed a segment for the show.
Whilst the moment may come as a surprise to fans, the rest of the cast was not left in the dark as Keith Lemon quizzed the pair about the passionate moment.
Looking towards Joey with a quizzical look, the host asked Joey: “Did you have a sneaky kiss with Emily Atack?”
To which the reality star replied: “Did I?…A man never tells.”
Whilst Joey may have been coy about the moment in front of his castmates, Emily wasn’t so cool as she laughed loudly at his response.
Team captain Laura Whitmore then quipped: “Emily will though!”
With both the camera and everyone’s attention on Emily, the star struggled to contain her laughter.
She simply replied: “I mean the camera never lies!”
Keith Lemon then shared a clip of the couple sharing a peck on the lips as fake snow fell on them, much to the audience’s delight.
This, however, wasn't the only romantic moment the couple shared while filming.
During the boozy wrap party, Joey kissed Emily’s cheek in a story posted to Emily’s Instagram.
Whilst the pair are not a couple, fans will be hoping that this may be the start of a blossoming romance for Joey and Emily.
However, their kiss was just one of many hilarious moments from the final show which saw Maya Jama play the wibbly wobbly game and Holly take a tumble down the stairs during an intense challenge.
The This Morning presenter has returned to the show alongside original team captain and pal Fearne.
Presenter Big Narstie, former Love Island host Laura and TV chef Gino D'Acampo will also appear in the finale, along with a slew of other surprise guests.
Arriving this evening, the farewell special will be a bittersweet moment for host Keith who has starred in all 26 series of the show.
He recently admitted that end of the series had made him emotional, telling press: “I guess when I look back I'll think aye, that was a big part of me life. It's rare to do a show for that long, but by eck it was fun! The best times! I do feel a bit sad but it's also exciting to see what happens next…”
Reflecting on his time hosting the series, Keith revealed that he’d shed a few tears and said: “It was a bit like a dream, but I was trying to cherish the day. I came off stage and just hugged my wife and teared up. It's making me tear up now just thinking about it.”
