Eminem’s ‘Killshot’ Video Sets YouTube Record

The video for Eminem‘s recently released single, “Killshot,” had the biggest debut of any hip-hop song in the history of YouTube. The song, which was released on September 14, garnered 38.1 million views on YouTube in its first 24 hours of release.

“Killshot” is a diss track directed at the rapper Machine Gun Kelly. According to YouTube, the track also had the third highest debut of any song in its history. At the time of writing this article, the video has been viewed over 81 million times.

“Man do you see this s**t, Think about it the Biggest hip hop song on youtube now everybody gotta take a L because of MGK what the f**k, we didn’t have anything to do with this s**t Damn , how many times ya’ll was playing that shit. LOL get the strap @Eminem,” singer 50 Cent tweeted on Eminem’s record.

Eminem’s “Killshot” was the highly-anticipated reply to Machine Gun Kelly’s diss track “Rap Devil,” which was aimed at Eminem. MGK’s diss track also has the third biggest overall 24-hour debut on the streaming service.
