Despite the recent bad news, Jayne, 50, appeared unfazed on Friday when she was spotted out in Los Angeles on a trip to a spa.
More trouble: Erika Jayne, 50, was named in a $55M lawsuit on Wednesday, according to Us Weekly. Edelson PC claims she had knowledge of her ex Tom Girardi’s alleged misdeeds, but she was unfazed as she had a spa session on Friday in LA (pictured)
Erika looked comfortable and relaxed in a black Hommebody sweatshirt, which runs for $140 from the brand’s website, as well as a matching set of sweatpants, which cost $125.
She matched her outfit with chunky black cat-eye sunglasses, and she had on white trainers with leopard-print stripes running along the sides.
The reality star had her long blond hair tied up in a top knot as she emerged from Elite Aesthetics.
Jayne has repeatedly defended herself and denied knowledge of Girardi’s potential wrongdoings.
The singer, 50, and several other defendants were accused of multiple crimes, including racketeering and conspiracy to commit racketeering, as well as aiding and abetting the concealment of stolen property, deceit and more.
‘Tom and Erika Girardi purposefully portrayed themselves to the public as an extremely wealthy Beverly Hills power couple,’ Edelson PC claims in the lawsuit.

The documents alleged that Jayne’s company EJ Global ‘was created for the purpose of funneling money from [Tom Girardi’s law firm] Girardi Keese to benefit Erika.’
The suit points out Jayne’s exorbitant spending — much of which has been featured on her reality show — which the law firm claims is a facet of her ‘personality.’
The documents accuse her of having a ‘never-ending parade of designer clothes and high-end jewelry, her $250,000 Lamborghini Huracán, and her personal 24/7 “glam squad” team that she paid $40,000 per month to pick out her clothes and do her hair and makeup.’
The new lawsuit claims that Jayne was aware of Girardi’s alleged ‘scheme’ to bilk the families of the victims of the 2018 Lion Air plane crash in Indonesia out of millions of dollars that were owed to them.
‘Erika knew of the scheme, intended to participate in it and — critically — share in its profits, both directly and through her wholly-owned company, EJ Global,’ the documents allege. ‘Despite her public claims that she and Tom were spending their own money, financial records show that more than $25 million of her own expenses were paid by Girardi Keese in furtherance of the Girardi Family Enterprise’s illegal scheme.’
Paper trail: Because Jayne isn’t an owner of Girardi & Keese and apparently wasn’t employed by her husband’s law firm, Edelson PC claims that payments to her company were not ‘legitimate law firm expenses’; still from RHOBH
Because Jayne isn’t an owner of Girardi & Keese and apparently wasn’t employed by her husband’s law firm, Edelson PC claims that payments to her company were not ‘legitimate law firm expenses.’
The law firm claims ‘Erika had actual and specific knowledge that the credit card bills and invoices that she submitted to Girardi Keese related to her own personal expenses and had no connection whatsoever with the law firm.
‘Erika had actual and specific knowledge that for at least 12 years, all her expenses were paid by the Girardi Family Enterprise through Girardi Keese as she was generating them.’
Edelson PC says it is seeking ‘punitive or exemplary damages’ of at least $55,000,000 from Jayne and her fellow defendants.
Damages: In addition to $55M in damages, he firm is requesting ‘an award of interest’ and ‘the creation of a constructive trust’ to erase the alleged damage from Jayne and others’ ‘wrongful conduct’; seen in West Hollywood in 2017

The reality star got some positive news earlier this year when an Illinois court threw out a fraud and embezzlement lawsuit filed against her, but she is still potentially on the hook.
Although Jayne and Girardi have separated, and the former lawyer — who was disbarred this year — is currently battling Alzheimer’s disease, she said she still takes his calls regularly during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live in May, though she clarified that they only talk for ‘about five seconds.’
She also claimed that Girardi ‘still thinks he’s practicing law,’ even from his home in a memory care facility.
