Erika Jayne revealed estranged husband Tom Girardi was ‘unconscious’ for 12 hours after driving off a cliff.
The 50-year-old reality star detailed the incident while explaining how she was a witness to Tom’s declining health, but was forced to keep everything a secret to protect Tom’s top lawyer status and also their failing marriage.
Jayne secretly filed for divorce from her husband of 20-years in November and has since been accused of a ‘sham divorce’ to hide assets amid mounting lawsuits against the prominent attorney.

On Wednesday night’s episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Erika held back tears as she recalled struggling with Tom to get help for his physical issues, only for him to get into a car wreck.
Erika joined Lisa Rinna, Kathy Hilton, Sutton Stracke, Dorit Kemsley and Crystal Minkoff at Kyle’s home in the desert for a girls’ weekend away from LA.
‘I called you and I said, “Tom’s had a car accident,” which is true, but I just didn’t tell you the rest of it,’ she told Kyle Richards before an old clip played of the them discussing his broken ankle.
‘As a result of the crash, his ankle was broken,’ she said. ‘He was also unconscious for 12 hours, but no one knows that.’

She added: ‘He had a head injury, and he broke his shoulder, snapped his ankle and broke his clavicle. He drove off a cliff.’
Jayne told the women that Girardi was separated from the car and rolled down a hill when she found him, thinking he had made a wrong turn while driving home.
‘When he finally called me, I said, “Where have you been?” I was just assuming he was with some other woman,’ she said.
‘As a result of the crash, his ankle was broken,’ she said. ‘He was also unconscious for 12 hours, but no one knows that’

Tom is currently under investigation amid accusations he ‘misappropriated at least $2 million’ meant for the families, including orphans and widows, of those killed in the Lion Air Flight 610 crash in Indonesia in 2018.
A class-action lawsuit filed by Edelson PC in December against Tom and Erika alleged they were ‘on the verge of financial collapse and locked in a downward spiral of mounting debts and dwindling funds.’
In March, the LA Times reported that there had been more than 100 lawsuits filed and multiple complaints made to the California State Bar against Tom by disgruntled clients who alleged financial wrongdoing and theft.
Tom was placed under a court ordered conservatorship earlier this month due to ‘major neurocognitive disorder’ in court documents obtained by Page Six.
