Sources have told MailOnline that the Property Developer, 55, – who previously had a career as a stand-up comic – has arrived at the ‘perfect moment’ for TV presenter Denise, 48.

The insider said: ‘Denise has had a really difficult few months since the split with Eddie. She wanted to give herself time to trust again and that was a tough process to go through after everything that went on when things broke down with Eddie.
‘But then she met Jimmy and it just felt right. He makes her laugh out loud, he’s a very funny, charismatic and outgoing guy and is able to make Denise laugh like she never has before.
‘He cracks her up and they are very happy together. It’s obviously very early days but it’s very clear that Jimmy is keen on Denise.’
Jimmy has already created a ‘highlights’ page on his Instagram account dedicated to Denise and friends say he’s not phased or bothered by the attention that will come their way.

‘Jimmy has been in and around showbiz for long enough so is a good match for Denise,’ a pal added.
‘He was in Big Brother in Italy many years ago and almost won the show. When he came out of the house he went on tour of Italy doing nightclub openings and personal appearances. He’s well used to the red carpet life that Denise exists in. Jimmy loves being out and having fun.’
Mail Online understands the pair are planning to make the next step by planning a holiday together.
‘They’d like to go away before the end of the year,’ the source added. ‘It’s just a case of trying to find the time because Denise is really busy and Jimmy has a business which he is very hands on with. But spending some time away, just the two of them, could take things to the next level.’

Denise is mother to 10-year-old Betsy whom she shares with ex partner Lee Mead and while she has performed in many West End shows Jimmy too is a singer.
