Larsa and Marcus have been connected through their families for years, but it’s unclear how well they’ve known each other.

He is the second oldest son of basketball great Michael Jordan, 59, who played with Larsa’s ex-husband, Scottie Pippen, 57, on the Chicago Bulls for many seasons.

The players’ friendship took a hit in 2020 after the airing of The Last Dance docuseries, which focused on Michael’s extraordinary career. Scottie was upset that his contributions to the team’s success seemed to be excluded from the show, telling The Guardian, ‘I didn’t think those things stood out in the documentary. I thought it was more about Michael trying to uplift himself and to be glorified. I think it also backfired to some degree in that people got a chance to see what kind of personality Michael had.’

Due to the rift, Larsa, who divorced Scottie in December 2021, and Marcus appear to have tried to keep their budding relationship lowkey.

The former couple share four children: Scottie, Jr, 21, Preston, 20, Justin, 17 and Sophia, 13.

When interviewed about the budding relationship by Entertainment Tonight at Bravocon, the entrepreneur was coy, saying, ‘I have a lot of friends. I mean, I’m very social. I was married for 23 years.’
