‘Your time is over’: Lisa Wilkinson is blasted for her ‘disgusting’ joke about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s potential baby name on The Project
Some viewers of The Project didn’t appreciate host Lisa Wilkinson’s joke about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s unborn baby on Monday night.
The outspoken panellist, 61, said she didn’t expect Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to name their second child after Harry’s uncle Prince Andrew, who has faced scrutiny over his ill-advised friendship with late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
Several Twitter users said it was bizarre that Lisa would make light of such a serious subject.

One viewer said the joke was particularly distasteful given that Lisa had just interviewed alleged rape victim Brittany Higgins for the same program.
‘You owe her and all your viewers a public apology,’ one critic wrote.
