Ferne McCann has shared a clip of her emotional return from Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins which sees her reunite with her four year old daughter Sunday.
In the emotional clip Ferne, 32, can be seen returning home to be greeted by her daughter, as the pair hug Ferne tells Sunday that she's missed her.
The mum-of-one shared the sweet clip to her Instagram page, writing: "Being reunited with my girl after SAS & being in Jordan. I can’t explain this feeling…
"When I was on the course everyday I was playing a game of tug of war in my mind about whether I should VW because I missed Sunday so much. Or to just keep going to make her proud."
Discussing her Celebrity SAS experience she continues: "I’ll never forgot 1 moment that spurred me to push through was when we were getting beasted & the DS wasn’t going to stop until someone VW’ed.
"I had nothing left, physically and mentally. I was so drained. @billingham22b (who throughout the whole course gave me a really tough time haha he was on me!) I was struggling so bad that I was on my hands and knees & Billy said to me ‘What day is it?’
"I was so delirious and was like HUH, he repeated ‘What day is it?’ Then it dawned on me SUNDAY! It’s Sunday. That was the kindest most encouraging moment that I had experienced.
"Remembering and being reminded of my baby girl in the midst and depths of pain gave me the motivation to KEEP GOING!"
In a previous post, Ferne discussed how the show has helped her revaluate her life.
Sharing a snap of herself and fellow winners Calum Best, Maisie Smith, and AJ Pritchard, the former TOWIE star wrote: "What a journey. Taking part in @sas_whodareswins was one of the most humbling and toughest things I’ve ever done. I can honestly say it’s changed my life.
"The whole experience makes you look at every single part of yourself – your strengths, your weaknesses, your deepest fears.
"It taught me resilience, self acceptance and that every moment is an opportunity for change. It’s given me the confidence to finally confront difficulties in my life, deal with them and move forward.
"I went in to the series to prove to myself I can be strong and I wanted to make Sunday proud. It was a major shock to the system! Every day I cried for Sunday, every day I wanted to leave, my body ached and I missed home so much. But I had my personal reasons why I needed to stick it out."
She continued: "Yes I completed it and I passed but If SAS taught me anything, it taught me to take things step by step, push a little harder to the next morning, get through just to one more task. Moments will floor you, you will mess up but you’ve got to find that resilience & grit to pick yourself up and go again.
"Just when you think you’ve got it all figured out life will always throw something else up, and as the DS say, it’s about how you deal with it."
