Gloria and Emilio Estefan sold their Miami mansion for a profit of $33.16 million, three decades after purchasing the property. 

They purchased the home in 1993 for $1.84 million and sold it last week for an astounding $35 million, according to TMZ. 

The home, located in the exclusive Star Island neighborhood in Miami, features six bedrooms, 10 baths and is spread over 7,988 square feet.

The couple have another home on the same street so they used this home for guests who visited them, per the outlet; Neighbors on the street included Alex Rodriguez, Sean Combs and Shaquille O’Neal.

The mansion features 240 feet of waterfront with a private dock, a resort style pool and spa; the home features tropical foliage and palm trees.

The Floridian-style villa also has a private guest house with three-bedrooms, two full baths and a 1.5 bath; the guest house is located separate and in the front of the property.
