Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s daughter Apple Martin, 18, looks as sprightly as ever arriving in NYC

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s 18-year-old daughter Apple Martin was spotted arriving in New York City this week.

Apple looked sprightly as ever as she pulled her luggage through John F Kennedy International Airport in Queens.

She sported a luxurious mane of blonde hair that brought back memories of her movie star mother’s signature look.

Chris and Gwyneth got married in 2003 and share Apple, their eldest child, as well as a son called Moses, 16.

Apple’s parents publicly separated in 2014, when Gwyneth inspired widespread mockery by referring to the breakup as a ‘conscious uncoupling.’

They have remained amicable and Gwyneth is famously even friendly with Chris’ much younger girlfriend Dakota Johnson of Fifty Shades Of Grey fame.

Gwyneth meanwhile is currently married to the popular television producer Brad Falchuk, who is known for his collaborations with Ryan Murphy, including Glee and American Horror Story.

When Apple turned 18 this May, Gwyneth fired up her Instagram and wrote in her caption that she was ‘a bit of a loss for words this morning.’

The Oscar-winning actress added: ‘I could not be more proud of the woman you are. You are everything I could have dreamed of and so much more.’

Sue gushed: ‘Proud doesn’t cover it, my heart swells with feelings I can’t put in to words. You are deeply extraordinary in every way.”

The doting mother added: ‘Happy birthday my darling girl. I hope you know how special you are, and how much light you have brought to all who are lucky enough to know you. Especially me.’

Gwyneth signed off: ‘I say it all the time and I will never stop… in the words of auntie Drew, I was born the day you were born. I love you. [heart] Mom’.
