Jenna was attending the first screening of Billie Piper’s directorial debut Rare Beasts.
The film follows the story of a single mum called Mandy [Billie] who is navigating her failed love story with Pete [Leo Bill].
Mandy is said to be a modern woman in a crisis who is also trying to raise her son, Larch [Toby Woolf] in the midst of a female revolution.
Mandy is also seen mining the pain of her parents’ separation when she falls upon a troubled man, Pete, who is searching for belonging and ‘restored’ male identity.

Rare Beasts was written back in 2012 and although the ‘anti-romantic comedy’ premiered at the Venice Film Festival back in 2019, it was only released in the UK on May 21.
In her own career, Jenna is to star in Winston Churchill-inspired TV drama The War Rooms, in the role of Joan Bright Astley, who ran Winston Churchill’s Whitehall bunker during World War II.
Her last appearance was several weeks ago, when she had just been romantically linked to her hunky Parisian accent coach from drama series The Serpent.
