Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will be getting their first doses of the coronavirus vaccine very soon.
It was just announced that President-elect Biden and future First Lady Dr. Jill Biden will be administered doses of the Pfizer vaccine on Monday, December 21.
“I don’t want to get ahead of the line but I want to make sure that we demonstrate to the American people that it’s safe to take,” Biden said earlier this week about getting the vaccine. “We’re working on that plan right now. And when I do it, I’ll do it publicly.”
Vice President-elect Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff will get the vaccine the following week, according to Deadline.
