The 23-year-old documented a number of romantic surprises from her man on Instagram on Wednesday, including a $99,995 green crocodile Birkin bag, dozens of pink balloons and an incredible hotel room with breathtaking views.
‘Pinch me, I’m dreaming,’ the model captioned a slideshow of snaps from their trip, before warning her 11.9 million Instagram followers to expect ‘lots’ more photos from her this week.

She also included a shot of Towns walking in front of her wearing a black face mask, matching hoodie and baseball cap as they walked around their resort.
