Actress Julianne Moore, 60, reveals the secrets behind her flawless visage and youthful physique
Julianne Moore has revealed how she maintains her youthful appearance at the age of 60.
In an interview with The Sydney Morning Herald, the actress revealed she heeds her mother’s advice, and keeps her flawless visage out of the sun.
‘My mother has a lot to do with it because she wouldn’t let us go in the sun,’ Julianne said.

‘She couldn’t be in the sun and I look just like her. I wear a sunscreen on my face every day and a hat, too.’
The Woman In The Window actress does also get a little help from facials, including micro-needling.
The procedure involves pricking the skin with tiny needles to promote your skin to make more collagen and elastin.

Additionally, the star undergoes radio frequency facials, which are non-invasive skin-tightening procedures using energy waves to heat the deeper layers of skin.
Julianne also swears by frequent yoga sessions, doing online classes via Zoom.
‘I try to do yoga four to five times a week. It has honestly been the thing that has saved me this past year,’ she told the paper.

When it comes to her diet, the Hannibal star said she eats lots of fish and vegetables, but does like to indulge.
‘I’m not that good; I like wine. I try to stick to things that make me happy,’ she added.

She will serve as the leading performer in the upcoming miniseries Lisey’s Story, which will be made available on the Apple TV+ streaming service.
The project is based on the 2006 novel of the same name, which was written by Stephen King, who noted that the book was his favorite out of all his works.
The story follows a widow that becomes the target of a stalker who is fixated on her late husband’s works, which were inspired by his ability to visit a supernatural world.
