And Kate Ferdinand, 29, has spoken out about the struggles of motherhood as she took to Instagram to share a picture with her son Cree on Friday.
Posting a mirror selfie in matching black underwear, the new mum revealed that some days she only manages to ‘shower’ and ‘snuggle’ her baby but ‘that’s okay’.

The fitness enthusiast told her followers that, although some days she makes it to the gym, workouts don’t always fit into her new schedule as a mum.
She wrote: ‘Some days I make it to the gym and feel ready to take on the world…
‘And other days we shower, get back in bed, snuggle and that’s ok! Being a mum is such a journey,
‘Since talking to you all and other mums… I’ve really felt like I can relate to you all so much and have stopped beating myself up if every day doesn’t go to plan.’

The new mum shared two contrasting snaps, one of her in the gym looking flawless in a black lycra outfit and another snuggling baby Cree on the sofa.
And Kate revealed on Friday she felt motivated to workout ahead of treating herself to chocolate eggs for Easter.
‘More room for Easter eggs later,’ wrote the new mum alongside a video of her lifting weights in the gym.

Earlier this month Kate revealed she doesn’t love her postpartum body.
She said: ‘Let’s talk post pregnancy body. I’ve really held off on uploading any pictures with my body in because last time I did, for some reason, I felt all types of nerves and ended up deleting it … hormones, or the pressure of Instagram to look a certain way? Who knows, but either way, I’ve finally plucked up the courage. Here I am.
‘I’m finally starting to slowly feel more like “me” again, but it hasn’t been plain sailing. I was seeing lots of ladies, and I salute you, saying they love and embrace their post pregnancy body; I wish I felt like that but in all honesty …

And her footballer husband Rio also hit the gym ahead of a weekend of Easter treats.
Rio took to Instagram to post videos of himself lifting weights and working on his chest muscles for his followers.
The athlete looked muscular as he lunged in light grey workout gear and fresh white trainers.

Rio and Kate are also father and stepmother to children Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and Tia, nine, from his marriage to his late wife Rebecca Ellison.
The former TOWIE star recently admitted she feels ‘nervous’ about what to wear post-lockdown after her body ‘changed’ following the birth of son.
Kate asked her followers: ‘Anyone else been nervous about what to wear when lockdown is over? I’ve been wearing leggings for 4 months straight!
‘My body has changed since having the baby and I’ve really been stuck with what to wear so I decided to have a big try on and get myself together…
‘Anyone else struggle with what to wear post baby, I just feel like a different woman!’
The reality star also recently revealed that she chose not to breastfeed her son but was worried about admitting it.
Kate said she feels there is ‘so much pressure’ on women to breastfeed and that she was hesitant to admit that she decided to bottle feed instead.
She said: ‘Me and my bubba. I just love it when he looks at me when I’m feeding him.
‘I chose not to breastfeed Cree, for so many reasons and I was worried about admitting it at first as their is so much pressure to breastfeed, but thankfully now I just know that a fed baby is a happy baby and Cree is the happiest little soul and we are so grateful.’
