Katie Holmes was spotted Sunday on the Upper West Side in Manhattan.

The Dawson’s Creek actress was beaming as she carried home shopping bags with male friend. 

She sported a sexy retro summer look in denim overalls, tied at the waist with a flared leg.

Zac Posen’s muse wore the look without a top, showing off plenty of skin with a backless cutout.

She completed the look with a pair of tortoiseshell Celine sunglasses, red and white sandals, and a small silver pendant.

The Batman Begins actress carried a red Chanel cross-body purse, accented in gold detailing. 

Holmes, 40, recently made her relationship with Jamie Foxx, 51, all but official.

The presumed couple was photographed together on the red carpet of last month’s Met Gala.

The two had been friends since 2006, around the time Foxx starred with Holmes’ ex-husband Tom Cruise, 56, in Collateral. 

Holmes and Foxx were first linked together romantically in 2013, about a year after her divorce from Cruise.

According to Page Six, the couple is currently making long distance work, with Foxx in Los Angeles and Holmes New York.

A source said: ‘[Foxx said] things are going swimmingly.
