Kerry Katona has shared her relief as she was diagnosed with arthritis after suffering with chronic pain for 13 years.
The 41 year revealed she also has a protruding disc in her back and needs surgery.
Kerry, who recently revealed her daughter Lily has "exciting" TV meetings, shared her diagnosis with fans in a video on her Instagram page.
She told her 773,000 followers: "I've been in agony for the last 13 years since my son was born. I've been on the strongest pain killers for the last eight years.
"I've been to the doctors, I've had cortisol injections, I've had everything going but they've never been able to tell me what it is that was wrong with my back."
Kerry, who recently defended having lip filler, then explained she had visited Pall Mall Medical centre where she has her back and shoulders looked at.
She said: "I feel stupid because I'm smiling that there's something wrong with me. Does that make sense? I've never been told what it is that's wrong."
"I cried, even though no one wants there to be anything wrong with their back," she said. "But I was so happy because I was like: 'So this can be fixed?'"
Kerry then became tearful as she shared her relief at getting answers after thinking the pain was "in her head".
As she posted the video on her Instagram, she opened up about her diagnosis in the caption.
Kerry wrote: "For those of you who know all about the pain and agony I’ve been in for years with my back and shoulders.
"I’m so excited to of actually being diagnosed with arthritis in my shoulders and a protruding disc in my back which can be operated on!!
