Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner paid a whopping $37million just to be next door neighbors.
It was revealed last week that the 37-year-old Good American founder and 65-year-old momager had purchased side-by-side mega mansions in Hidden Hills.
And according to The Dirt on Monday, the purchase price of both estates were updated and the numbers were outrageous.
Khloe’s new property costed her $17million while Kris – who has a larger home – paid $20million for a combined total of 37million.

The Dirt notes that the Kardashian-Jenner purchases still rank high among the priciest ever sold in the entire Valley.
Last week, new aerial shots shoed the two huge homes – each sprawling over 10,000 sq ft – that the mother-daughter duo are constructing in Hidden Hills on a three acre plot.
Tucked into an exclusive gated community in the upscale neighborhood, Khloe and Kris’ dream homes can be seen sitting just feet apart, perfect for when the grandmother of 10 wants some bonding time with her precious granddaughter True.

The buildings appear to be almost complete but numerous construction workers can be seen on the grounds which still need landscaping.
Built in the popular modern farmhouse style, the homes were constructed in 2020 by the same local developer.
It’s not known which home is going to be Kris’ and which Khloe’s but one of the properties spans 16,500 sq ft with eight bedrooms, according to Variety who first reported the building plans in October.
It also has an eight-car garage, a guesthouse, movie theater and gym.
The homes each have a pool, which have already been dug out, surrounded by extensive outdoor space.

When they finally move in, the duo will be just a stones throw away from Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian who have homes in Hidden Hills.
Originally the land was owned by construction magnate Ron Tutor – father of Million Dollar Listing star Tracy Tutor – and included a home of 20,000 sq ft.
That home was once leased to Britney Spears before it was sold in 2012 for $7 million to a local developer who razed the house.
After that, the land was left vacant for years before being passed to its current developer.

It’s not known how much Khloe and Kris paid for properties but Variety reports it’s likely to be upwards of $10 million each.
Khloe offloaded her Calabasas mansion in November, selling it for $15.5 million.
Kris, 65, sold her Hidden Hills home, situated just across the street from daughter Kim’s home, in April 2020 for $15 million in an off-market deal.
The buyer was the younger daughter of cosmetics guru Peter Harf, the current chairman and CEO of beauty empire Coty, Inc. Coty is the company that bought Kylie’s cosmetics company for $600 million cash in 2019.
Kris still owns a property in Hidden Hills, the Mediterranean style home that was made famous on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and is where her son Rob Kardashian now resides with his daughter Dream.

Kris purchased the mansion back in 2010 for $4 million, three years after the first episode of KUWTK aired. She also has a sprawling desert compound in La Quinta, California.

While Khloe is no doubt excited to start afresh in a new home with her boyfriend, the reality star was rocked by more bombshell claims last week week that the NBA player has cheated once again.
The couple – who share daughter True, three – reunited last year after spending much of the pandemic together while the NBA player was forced to stay home.
However, this week Tristan, 30, was hit by more cheating claims, this time from influencer Sydney Chase who says she has been intimate with the Boston Celtics player in recent months.
The reality TV star is yet to comment on the new claims from Chase, 23, that she had fling with Tristan in January and then heard from him as recently as the day after True’s birthday bash this month.
DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Khloe and Tristan who have so far been unavailable for comment.
