Kardashian’s counsel said that on one such visit the man, Nicholas Costanza, informed security he was there to collect her for a dinner date.
Costanza also stood accused of sending her morning after pills and a diamond ring, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
He purportedly referred to Kardashian as ‘Queen Kimberly,’ her home as a ‘big castle’ and himself as her ‘Knight In Shining Armor.’
The month before she was granted her protective order against Costanza, she obtained a temporary restraining order against a man named Charles Peter Zelenoff.

Zelenoff, whom Kardashian referred to as a ‘stalker’ in court documents, at that point had two recent battery convictions according to her legal team.
Kardashian’s counsel alleged that Zelenoff said he was in love with her, and that he would film videos outside her home.
He was also accused of going on social media and expressing a desire to enter her house, which TMZ reports is what persuaded her to take legal action.
A few weeks after she got a temporary restraining order against Zelenoff, she succeeded in having it made permanent.
