Lady Gaga risks breaking an ankle as she steps out in absurdly high heels and a sophisticated black dress in NYC
At just 5foot2, she loves a good heel.
And Lady Gaga was towering above the rest as she took the streets of NYC wearing a pair of outrageously high platform boots on Monday.
Taking footwear to the extreme, the Star Is Born talent, 35, risked a tumble donning the insanely tall, lace-up stiletto Pleaser shoes, which appeared around a foot in height.

While Gaga went wild with her boots, her figure-hugging black Magda Butrym dress was the definition of sophisticated and sexy.
The ribbed cocktail dress showed off her hourglass figure and toned arms courtesy of its clingy fabric and thin ribbons for shoulder straps.
And when she turned, the frock’s wire-free bustier moved to reveal a sliver of skin under her sternum.
Gaga’s ensemble continued with a boxy suitcase-style bag by designer Mark Cross and big cat-eyed Dita Eyewear shades with a retro feel.
She had her hair – currently a warm caramel-streaked brunette hue – twisted into a chic chignon and kept her face at a dewy, natural looking glow.

Gaga’s Big Apple outing comes after she announced she’ll be playing a special show with pal Tony Bennett at Radio City Music Hall in honor of his 95th birthday next month.
The Poker Face artist last week announced the reunion with Bennett, titled One Last Time: an Evening With Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga, in a social media post.
‘One Last Time,’ she said. ‘An evening with @itstonybennett and me at Radio City Music Hall on August 3rd & 5th. I am so honored and excited to celebrate Tony’s 95th birthday with him at these special shows.’
Those in attendance most show proof they’re vaccinated, and smartphones will be held in Yondr pouches during the performance.

Madison Square Garden Entertainment’s Darren Pfeffer said in a statement to Variety, ‘We couldn’t be prouder to host such a special engagement with two of the most iconic entertainers of our time.
‘Both Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga are synonymous with New York City, making the great stage at Radio City Music Hall the perfect place to honor their decade long friendship and celebrate Mr. Bennett’s 95th birthday.’
Gaga and Bennett return to the famed New York City venue where they headlined a pair of shows in 2015, a year after they released their collaboration album Cheek to Cheek. They are slated to release a second collaboration album later this year.
Icon: Bennett made headlines earlier this year when he revealed his five-year battle with Alzheimer’s disease in a profile for AARP
Bennett made headlines earlier this year when he revealed his five-year battle with Alzheimer’s disease in a profile for AARP. The famed voice of classics such as I Left My Heart In San Francisco, who was born Anthony Dominick Benedetto, has been dealing with the progressive, degenerative disease since 2016.
Bennett’s neurologist Gayatri Devi told AARP that the singer’s regular touring schedule has ‘kept him on his toes and also stimulated his brain in a significant way’ in recent years, adding that the ceasing of touring amid the pandemic had ‘been a real blow from a cognitive perspective.’
Devi added that his ‘memory, prior to the pandemic, was so much better … and he’s not alone.
‘So many of my patients are negatively affected by the isolation, the inability to do the things that matter to them. For someone like Tony Bennett, the big high he gets from performing was very important.’
