Lenny Hochstein has claimed estranged wife Lisa is ‘bleeding him out’ financially and abused her access to his grocery app in a new urgent court petition, reports Page Six.
The plastic surgeon, 56, known as the ‘Boob God’, filed his petition on May 11 to have the court ‘compel’ the Real Housewives of Miami star, 40, to keep to their previous support agreements – and says she charged $10,000 to Instacart in one month.
The documents state Lisa ‘has embarked on a course of conduct aimed at bleeding out’ [Lenny] from a financial standpoint’ and has ‘charged in excess of $10,000 to [Lenny’s account].’
Lenny also claims in the documents that Lisa ‘shockingly’ spent $4000 in the course of a ‘week and a half’, says her spending ‘constitutes marital waste’ and requests for the court to sanction her for her ‘cash grab.’
In a separate filing, Lisa alleges Lenny ‘turned off’ her access to grocery outlets Instacart, Uber and Uber Eats, which she says is in violation of a previous order.

She also alleges that Lenny has made her feel ‘threatened’ by making ‘unannounced visits’ to their former marital home – and claims he once showed up with his mother and called her a ‘felon’ and ‘verbally berated her’ in front of their children.
She further claims Lenny told her she ‘would soon be going to jail’ and their kids ‘would soon be having a better mother’ – Lenny is currently dating model Katharina Mazepa, 27.
Lisa is now fighting for exclusive use of their Miami home, in spite of a prenup which states she must move out. The pair are warring over their prenup, with Lisa wanting the agreement overturned while Lenny wants it kept in place.
A hearing is scheduled for May 22.

This comes after Lisa slammed her estranged husband in a series of Instagram Stories posts on Sunday, to coincide with Mother’s Day.
Lisa claimed Lenny had been looking ‘to hurt, humiliate, disparage, and shame’ her on the weekend coinciding with the holiday.
‘Thank you to everyone for the Mother’s Day messages!’ she said. ‘Also, thank you for forwarding me all the already debunked lies my ex is spreading on his public platform this weekend.
‘What type of man goes out of his way to further escalate conflict and disparage the mother of his children on the special day and weekend?’

Said Lisa: ‘I was left. I was cheated on, I feel like I’m living in hell.’
Lisa said Lenny’s actions seemed ‘so mean and calculated’ and noted that with her platform, she ‘could say so much more’ about him, but she doesn’t.
Lisa said Lenny’s ‘recent narrative of trying to convince anyone that I’m such a horrible person is pure deflection,’ noting that he was ‘caught cheating on [a] mic’ and left her ‘for someone 30 years younger.’
Lisa, who is mother to two kids – Logan, seven, and Elle, three – with Lenny, said she’s ‘still being bullied, lied about and provoked now by’ Lenny and his girlfriend Katharina, his mother and their friends amid the tumultuous split.
She said that since a recent court ruling went in her favor, the bullying is amped up … to a new level.’
Lisa said Lenny and Katharina have hired a publicist ‘to get news stories for themselves … otherwise no one would care,’ and that her only responses come in defense.
She said of Lenny, ‘He had a two-year-old and was asking for a third kid, just with friends at our table days before getting caught,’ adding that Bravo ‘doesn’t edit anything or anyone to look a certain way.’
Lisa said of their split: ‘I had no idea two days later he was leaving me to start a relationship with someone I suspect he has had something with for a long time, was around us, and in my home for years.
‘Yes, we were still sleeping in the same bed. We had nannies and housekeepers here and the kids came in to see us every morning so his narrative is bold.’
Lisa said she is home for their kids almost 150 hours a week while he’s there about five. She wrapped up by saying, ‘Please leave me and the kids to have a nice Mother’s Day weekend. I’m hurting and I need peace.’

Lisa’s statement Sunday came weeks after a judge in South Florida ruled she would receive $8,000 monthly in temporary support from Lenny Hochstein amid their divorce, has ruled.
Judge Abby Cynamon last week ordered Lenny to pay Lisa the monthly sum beginning in May via direct deposit, Page Six reported Thursday, citing legal docs in reviewed.
Lenny was ordered by the court to ‘maintain the status quo’ for Lisa and their two kids by providing funds for medical insurance, schooling, activities, camp and other needs.
Lenny is on the hook for $60,000 of Lisa’s court expenses for her lawyer, the judge ruled, as the outlet previously reported that she was in arrears to the tune of $85,000 to her legal team.
The payment orders will remain in effect until the court issues an updated order in the case, or the former couple reach a settlement in the split, the outlet reported.
Lisa previously told the court that the amount of money she earns from appearing on the Bravo series – $30,000 an episode – was ‘woefully insufficient’ to support her and her children in the quality of life they are accustomed to.
Lisa’s legal team previously said that Lenny ‘has significant and substantial assets and earns millions of dollars a year as [a] successful plastic surgeon.’

They said that without his remuneration, Lisa was unable to ‘provide the needs and necessities of life as they were established during the marriage.’
Lisa for months has been pursuing the court to award temporary support, telling the court that she was unable to purchase essential items such as food and diapers when he deactivated her credit cards.
Lenny denied the claims, saying Lisa could have bought both with an Insta-Cart app he has linked to his bank account, while calling her financial demands ‘excessive.’
Lenny – who wed Lisa in October 2009 and filed to divorce last May – began dating the Austrian model Mazepa in the wake of the parting.
Late last year, he claimed in court docs that Lisa was out of control with her spending, running up a $9,000 tab for designer clothes in a single week.
On the Real Housewives of Miami fifth season reunion that aired in March, Lisa conceded that her spending habits were a factor in her split from Lenny.
