Liam Hemsworth spotted with girlfriend Gabriella Brooks in Sydney

Liam Hemsworth is spotted for the first time with girlfriend Gabriella Brooks after ex Miley Cyrus released new single Flowers on his birthday

Miley Cyrus released her new single Flowers on ex Liam Hemsworth’s birthday on January 13, leaving many to believe it was a jab at the Hunger Games actor.

And on Monday, the Australian hunk looked like he didn’t have a care in the world when he was spotted for the first time.

Liam looked to be every inch the cool cucumber when he was photographed arriving at Sydney airport with his girlfriend, Gabriella Brooks.

Liam attempted to go incognito wearing a baseball cap and oversized sunglasses as he made his way into the terminal.

He teamed up his low-key look with a grey t-shirt and a pair of grey trousers.

Gabriella showed off her natural beauty, and appeared makeup free for the outing.

The couple have been dating since 2019 and have been spotted out together on a few occasions, but this is the first time they have been seen together in public since Miley released the song, which is widely believed to be about her ex-husband.

The song was released the same day as Liam’s 33rd birthday, and his girlfriend took to social media to honor him with a short but sweet tribute.

The 26-year-old model and Liam have been together since December 2019, and have shut down split rumours on numerous occasions, even making their first red carpet appearance in November 2020.

The ultra-private couple, who have been dating for three years, rarely post about each other on social media, and have only appeared in a handful of photos together.

Meanwhile, Miley’s recent track Flowers is soaring to the top of the charts.

With lyrics such as ‘We were good, we were gold, kind of dream that can’t be sold’, it’s no surprise that many believe the song is referencing her failed marriage to Liam.

She also references the Australian star’s sudden act of filing for divorce by singing, ‘I didn’t want to leave you / I didn’t wanna lie / Started to cry.’

The Attention hitmaker and the Emmy-nominated producer – who previously split from 2013-2016 – originally fell in love in 2009 on the set of Julie Anne Robinson’s dismally reviewed romantic drama The Last Song

At the time it was believed that Miley wanted to work on their 10-year on-again/off-again relationship and was shocked by Liam suddenly filing for divorce in 2019.

The pair were together for nearly a decade and married for one.

In the music video, which also came out Friday, the former Hannah Montana star dances in the streets of Hollywood wearing a golden Saint Laurent red carpet-worthy cut out gown.

Looking like she’s returning from a big night out, Cyrus dances on the street, before getting home, stripping down to black lingerie and jumping in the pool.

Miley released the racy music video for her new single Flowers on Thursday which happens to be her ex-husband Hemsworth’s 33rd birthday

‘We were right / til we weren’t / built a home and watched it burn,’ she sings while strutting down a graffiti-covered bridge in vintage YSL and big black sunglasses
