Balinese princess Lindy Klim was every bit the bridal beauty when she wed her British property developer fiancé Adam Ellis in Tuscany, Italy, on Thursday.

A custom couture gown by Australian fashion designer Toni Matičevski ensured the mother-of-four was a vision in white during her fairytale nuptials.

Made of fine tulle and silk linen, the designer exclusively revealed to Daily Mail Australia on Friday that the one-off custom couture garment was gifted to the bride.

Happy family! Lindy and her fiance Adam Ellis exchanged vows surrounded by friends and family, including Lindy’s three children with ex-husband Michael Klim – Stella, 11, Rocco, nine, and Frankie, six – and her and Adam’s eight-month-old daughter, Goldie

Toni, who is a long-time friend of Lindy, said the design was based on conversations he had with Lindy and what she envisioned for her special day.

‘She had a few different ideas and let me take the reins once we narrowed the feeling for it – what I love about Lindy is that she trusts what I bring her is for her first and not about the design for me,’ Toni said.

‘What I love about Lindy is that she trusts what I bring her’: Australian designer Toni  Maticevski said Lindy wanted something ‘light and romantic’, but was happy for him to ‘take the reins’

‘I did it in a day. I didn’t have much time and Lindy was also time poor,’ he said.

As Lindy desired something ‘light and romantic’, Toni set out to create a bespoke piece for the former model.

‘It was a fine tulle that was pleated into a sun-ray design and parts of it were cut up to form the fans around the neckline and down the open back. The base was a soft nude-ish silk linen to make the two tones of white and ivory tulle pop,’ he explained.
