Speculation the pair were together grew after the Love Island star posted a group photo of Emily and her Made in Chelsea pals on Instagram.
Chris has been quick to move on after breaking up with Love Island girlfriend Olivia Attwood last month, after their tumultuous relationship.
Speaking to The Sun Online about the photo, the half-sister of Kate Moss said: “He is speaking to my friend.
"He was in London, he was passing through, so he just came and said can I get a drink with you guys, so it was nice to meet him and speak to him.”
Lottie met Chris at the popular Chelsea haunt The Bluebird, with his girlfriend Emily Blackwell, and Made in Chelsea girls Frankie Gaff and Sophie Habboo.
Talking at the launch of the new Bluebird Café at the former home of the BBC in White City, the model added: "He’s such a nice guy. I have loads of friends on TV and they're all nice and you get different perceptions of people.
“But he was such a genuinely nice guy, he really made an effort with everyone which was nice.
“Because when someone's dating one of your friends it's nice when they make an effort.
"He made an effort with all of us, he's just a really sweet guy."
Lottie spent the night with her Chelsea friends at the glitzy opening evening, including Georgia "Toff" Toffolo and Tina Stinnes.
The 20 year old, who has launched her own festival clothing range with PacSun, is jetting off to Coachella this weekend.
Chris' ex Olivia, who is seeing her ex-boyfriend Bradley Dack, had to be carried out of a nightclub by security guards last week after jumping behind a bar and drinking Strongbow straight from the tap.
