But former contestant Maura Higgins ensured she was not to be forgotten as she took to Instagram to share a duo of sizzling snaps with her 3.2million followers as she posed for a sexy photo shoot in Gibraltar.
The Irish stunner, 30, looked jaw-dropping in a series of barely-there bikinis before slipping into a sheer neon green dress with a bold retro pattern and backless detail.

Maura could not resist showing off her assets in full in one beaming snap she posted on her grid, showing her posing in a pretty floral bikini.
She was turning up the heat further on her Instagram stories as she showed off her lithe and toned physique in a gold two piece and a patterned number.
The stunner has been documenting her work getaway via Instagram in a trip that comes after her recent heartache with her co-star boyfriend.
Maura split from her beau Chris Taylor, who also appeared on the season five of Love Island, at the start of May. They had gone public with their romance in November 2020 after months of speculation they were dating.

She announced they had parted ways on Instagram saying: ‘It breaks my heart to even type this but I wanted to let everyone know that myself and Chris have made the joint decision to end our relationship,’ Maura said in an emotional statement.
‘There is no wrongdoing on either side… we still love, care and respect each other deeply. From the minute we met each other we’ve been very close friends and that will never change. There is no regret, life is about taking chances.
‘We wanted to make this work but we have realised we work better being friends. Whilst I appreciate people may speculate or create false stories this is the truth.

It comes as Megan Barton Hanson, 27, revealed that she slid into Maura’s DMs but was ‘aired’ and didn’t get a reply from the Irish beauty who appeared on the hit ITV show a year after her.
Speaking with Heat Magazine, the influencer also admitted she’s not sure if newly-single Maura is ‘bi’ but is holding out hope for something to happen ‘one day’.

Megan gushed over Maura, saying: ‘I think she’s stunning, I think she’s a powerful, strong woman. But, I don’t know if she’s bi. But hopefully one day.’
Joining Megan for the interview with another villa alum, Jack Fincham, 30, who said he’d put in a ‘good word’ for her with the feisty former grid girl.
The OnlyFans content creator went on to explain that she’s already tried to reach out to Maura, but didn’t have any luck at sparkling up a a conversation.
According to The Mirror, she revealed: ‘I’ve slid in her DMs and got nothing… Maybe I just sent an emoji, just dipping the toe in. Got absolutely aired!’
