She may appear to come across as super confident these days, but that wasn't always the case for Lucie Donlan, as she revealed she was "unhappy" and "insecure" in her teenage years.
The blonde beauty, who enjoyed a double date with boyfriend Luke Mabbott and his Love Island pals in September, took part in an Instagram Q&A with her fans on Wednesday.
The 22 year old proceeded to share a picture from her new Ann Summers collaboration as well as a throwback snap from her teenage years, and she couldn't look any more different!
Alongside it she wrote: "I've never shared any photos from my teens because I've always been too embarassed, but recently I've spoken out about this during my interviews launching the new range with Ann Summers.

"I really struggled in my teens with my confidence as I was very insecure about the way I looked."
The reality star went on to explain that as a result of not feeling confident within herself, she decided to make a change.
"Because I was so un-happy about how I looked and felt, I changed my diet and way of life to feel happier.
"I exercised more, chose better food options and spent more time outdoors doing different acitivities!

"I started to only in the last couple of years to feel confident in my body, but like everyone I still have parts I'd love to work on," [sic] Lucie candidly admitted.
She also revealed: "I used to cover up a lot and only feel comfortable in a long wetsuit when at the beach, but proud of myself to feel that I love my body so much now I've changed my lifestyle."
The television personality also recently spoke about how her confidence has improved while speaking to The Sun.
She said: "When I was younger I never would've dreamed I'd feel confident enough to wear a bikini on the beach, let alone promote a lingerie range."

Lucie, who is all loved-up with boyfriend Luke Mabbott, continued: "I suffered a bit in my teens with my body confidence – I didn't like showing my arms, so I often wore long-sleeved jackets.
"I would only feel safe on the beach when I was in my wetsuit, so my skin wasn't on show.
"Two years ago I cut out gluten from my diet and I felt so much better in myself and I lost weight. I did a lot of fitness training too so now I feel proud of my body," Lucie expressed.
