GRAPHIC CONTENT: Before and after surgery photos reveal how Married At First Sight’s Cathy Evans transformed her figure with $30,000 liposuction

Married At First Sight bride Cathy Evans has unveiled her brand new figure after undergoing a $30,000 liposuction procedure.

The 28-year-old, who had 10 areas of her body liposuctioned and also received a fat transfer to her bottom, posed for a series of ‘before and after’ photos on Monday.

The images were posted on Instagram by her surgeon Dr Joseph Ajaka, and showed Cathy lying face down on the operating table with her thighs, bottom and waist exposed.

In the ‘before’ images, Cathy’s naturally proportioned figure was covered in black markings to indicate the areas Dr Ajaka planned to focus on.  

The ‘after’ images showed Cathy’s body looking bruised and bloodied, while a piece of surgical gauze protected her modesty.

Her waist appeared dramatically slimmer after the procedure, while her bottom looked as if it had doubled in size.

According to Dr Ajaka, Cathy underwent Vaser liposuction, a type of procedure that uses ultrasound technology to remove persistent fat deposits.

She also received a ‘mini Brazilian Butt Lift’ – a popular procedure which involves harvesting fat cells from around the body and re-injecting them into the buttocks.

Cathy had the fat cells injected into the sides of her hips and the flat surface of her buttocks to create a rounder-looking rear.

The reality star was topless in the video, wearing nothing but a black G-string, long socks and a surgical cap.

Covering her breasts with her hands, Cathy dutifully twirled around as Dr Ajaka gestured to different parts of her body.

The Instagram model shared a string of clips of herself bandaged up, while she recovered in bed barely able to move and ‘wet from leaking’.  

‘Those who said ‘it’s not that bad’ were lying through their teeth!’ she captioned the footage. 

Pain: Speaking to the camera while lying in bed, Cathy said: ‘Hey everyone, I’m super swollen right now so my face looks quite f**ked and I can only sleep on my stomach’

Cathy had revealed on YouTube that she was getting the fat-removal treatment around her arms, upper and lower back, flanks (the area around the hips), upper and lower abdomen, and thighs.

She said she was considering liposuction around the jaw, which she clearly decided to go for after posting a photo of her neck marked with pen pre-surgery.

During the videos on Monday, Cathy said: ‘Hey everyone, I’m super swollen right now so my face looks quite f**ked and I can only sleep on my stomach.

‘My neck is killing so I can’t really do anything about this discomfort, but I’m getting by.

‘I am in quite a bit of pain and very limited in movement and very wet from the leaking, but I am obviously documented this and I will have a week one blog that will be ready when I’m able to edit and stuff.

She added that she ‘can’t even look at her phone’ through the pain, but thanked everyone for their support.

Cathy had spoken out about her decision to go under-the-knife on YouTube.

Defending her decision to get the work done, Cathy said: ‘I’ve thought about this long and hard enough.

‘I’m old enough to make my own decisions and what I decided to do to my body doesn’t affect anyone at all, it doesn’t change my personality it just makes me look better,’ she said with a laugh.

Cathy, a reality TV star and amateur body builder, previously spent $20,000 on various cosmetic procedures, including a boob job, Botox and lip fillers.
