Megan Fox, 33, makes a rare sighting with husband Brian Austin Green, 46, and all three of their sons as they pick up organic food

Megan Fox has not been seen out in public very much this year.

But over the weekend the 33-year-old Transformers actress was spotted with her 46-year-old husband Brian Austin Green as well as all three of their sons: Bodhi, Noah and Journey.

The family was on a grocery store run to the Erewhon Organic Market in Calabasas, CA. The family looked cute together as they picked up some food to go from the Food Bar and Deli.

The Green family: Megan Fox has not been seen out in public very much this year. But over the weekend the Transformers actress was spotted with her husband Brian Austin Green as well as all three of their sons: Bodhi, Noah and Journey

Megan was dressed in a blue puffy winter jacket with the hood up.

She also had on a black top, grey sweatpants and black sneakers, adding Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses.

Green wore a cap with a dark jacket and matching sneakers.

All three kids were bundled up for the cold. She has three sons: Noah, aged seven, Bodhi, aged six, and Journey, age three.

She is raising her kids gender neutral.

In 2019 she talked about raising her kids without gender rules. ‘Much of my ego has been constructed around this idea that I’m not like most girls,’ she said. ‘I’m somehow more masculine, tougher, less permeable or feminine.

‘When I became pregnant with Noah, I could feel, through my mother’s intuition I suppose, that he was not subscribing to gender stereotypes, so I decided to provide an environment for him early on that would allow him to discover how he wanted to express himself,’ she said.

She also offered some advice to other moms.

‘If a boy loves princesses and a girl loves baseball, that’s not indicative of their sexuality,’ Fox allowed.

‘It’s indicative of their communication and creative expression. We can’t limit children by telling them how they should play.’

Having some fun: The five all together at Disneyland in October

And Fox also said to not force gender toys on them.

‘Don’t insist on buying him a football for Christmas,’ she said.

‘It’s not our job to shape them into the people we think they should be,’ addedFox. ‘It’s our job to receive, with grace, the lessons they bring us. Children are mirrors that reflect back to us our shadow selves, our shame and our insecurities.

‘It’s our job to love and nurture the child as they are so they can thrive as adults.’

She’s made time for family: Fox, who is married to Beverly Hills, 90210’s Brian Austin Green, shares three children with her husband; seen here in 2014

The couple has been married for 10 years.

Fox has remained largely out of the spotlight in roughly the last decade, ever since starring in the 2009 teen shocker Jennifer’s Body.

Now, she’s set to star in a brand new film, as revealed on Arclight Film’s recently announced production slate — Fox will play the lead in that production company’s sci-fi thriller Aurora, about a female astronaut who monitors solar storms that pose a potential threat to earth.

She’s back: After a hiatus of sorts, Fox set to star in a brand new film, Arclight Film’s sci-fi thriller Aurora

According to Arclight’s website, the film’s plot will see Megan’s character ‘lose control as she discovers shock waves from solar storms are bending time, causing her to encounter herself from alternative timelines revealing past trauma while exposing themes of redemption and consequence.’

Aside from playing April O’Neil in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles rebooted franchise in 2014 and 2016, Megan has taken a major break from film acting, save for bit parts in 2012’s Judd Apatow comedy This Is 40 and a few other films, as well as a recurring role on TV’s New Girl.

Last year, the actress appeared in three feature films, but none made major waves — the Olivia Thirlby thriller Above The Shadows, James Franco’s misfire Zeroville, and the South Korean film The Battle of Jangsari.

News of Megan’s casting in the new film came out of the currently underway Berlin Film Festival in Berlin, Germany.

As mentioned by The Hollywood Reporter, production on Aurora is set to start in May  of this year in Serbia.

‘We are delighted to continue championing stories with strong females at the helm. Aurora is a beautiful action-packed visual feast set in space and Megan is perfectly cast to play a character battling demons from her past,’ said Arclight’s Gary Hamilton of the ‘beautiful and mesmerizing story’ in the film.

‘I am thrilled to be working with such talented artists on Aurora,’ added producer Jordan Gertner. ‘Megan [is] such an incredibly talented actor, [and] will undoubtedly bring an awe-inspiring performance here. Really looking forward to not only making this film but actually seeing it!’
