Nadia Essex has admitted she has been banned from Tinder and Hinge as she starts dating again, two years after she gave birth to son Ezekiel.

The former Celebs Go Dating matchmaker, 29, has opened up about her difficulties finding Mr Right after she was informed her dating account was permanently banned from using two of the UK’s most popular dating sites.

Since the dating expert welcomed her beautiful baby boy Ezekiel in 2019, the yummy mummy has strictly stayed out of the dating scene.

But as the UK slowly eases out of lockdown restrictions, the baby mamma has opened up about her difficulties with dating during the pandemic.

In an exclusive chat with OK! Online, Nadia revealed how excited she is to be getting back out into the dating scene again.

She shared: “This year I feel much more confident in dating again, and I also love dating.

“I love getting dressed up, I love going on dates, even if the date doesn’t work out romantically, I always have a good time."

She added: “There's always something interesting about the person opposite me whether or not we have a connection doesn’t matter.

“I’m going to dinner; we’ll have a lovely meal a few drinks and great company hopefully. So, the actual process of dating I actually really love so I was ready to get back out there.”

But something she didn’t expect to happen is her difficulties using dating apps, after Nadia, who recently rushed her son to hospital with a viral infection, shared how she has now been permanently banned from two dating sites.

She admitted: “It’s been quite difficult because recently I got permanently banned from Tinder and Hinge."

Nadia, who has recently revealed she gained three stone over Christmas, admitted she has “no clue as to why her dating account was terminated unless they thought she could be an online catfish".

She revealed: “They don’t tell you why, I just went to log on one day and they said ‘Your account’s been permanently banned’ and I’m like ‘excuse me!’

“I don’t know whether they thought I was a catfish maybe. I literally don’t have a clue."

The TV star admitted that it was “disappointing” she couldn't use the popular dating apps, but shared how she has still been able to get out and date again.

Although the loving mother has reached out to both companies to provide verification that she is who her dating profile claims to be, she has been unsuccessful in reactivating her account.

OK! Online has reached out to Tinder and Hinge for a comment.

But now that Nadia has her little man to think about, she has changed what she is looking for in a man.

She shared: “Obviously, I need somebody who is more serious about life. I suppose it’s an age thing as well, I don’t have the time to date somebody with it not going anywhere.

“If I date you, I'm dating you because I expect it to turn into a relationship marriage hopefully and children. That's the goal.”

This comes after the dating expert launched her new dating book 101 Tips for Dating After a Pandemic to help those who are also struggling with dating during a pandemic
