Paddy McGuinness is recovering at home after undergoing a vasectomy.
The 45-year-old Take Me Out star and his 31-year-old wife Christine have three children together – five-year-old twins Leo and Penelope, and a two-year-old daughter named Felicity.
However, he has now had the snip to make sure they don't any more kids, and he told all about the painful procedure in a post online.
In a video shared on Instagram , Paddy, 45, who has three children with wife Christine, was seen lying in bed with a bag of ice on his bits.
He captioned the clip: "Home now after having the auld snippy snappy snoo. Currently resting up with a bag of ice on my nadgers."
In the video, he explained: "Well patient McGuinness is home.
"I've gotta tell you, gentleman if you're thinking of having a vasectomy and you're a bit reluctant as I was…
"The initial anesthetic they give you in the old pippins – I'm not going to lie that's tender.
"That made my eyes water but after that's it's a doddle.
"I'm currently resting up at home with a towel full of ice on the nickedy nackedy noos."
It's Paddy's second hospital stint in as many months as he recently went under the knife for surgery on his shoulder.
He spent months struggling with injury, and last month he finally went into hospital to have it fixed.
Paddy had a number of procedures including an arthroscopic subacromial decompression and ACJ resection, which trims the bones to increase space for the tendomns.
