‘I’m so scared but I know I am strong’: Pregnant Lauren Goodger reveals her fears about labour and shares her home-birth plans as she prepares to welcome her second child
She learned that she was expecting her second child a mere eight weeks after welcoming daughter Larose in July 2021.
And Lauren Goodger has now opened up about her fears surrounding the birth in a candid post on her Instagram Stories on Monday evening.
The 35-year-old admitted to her 791k followers that ‘all I can think about is labour’ as she shared that she couldn’t get any sleep due to worrying.

She continued: ‘Giving birth and i’ve got to do it all again / scared’
After opening up in the Story, Lauren returned to Instagram on Tuesday morning to thank followers for their support and explain her upcoming birth plan.
She shared: ‘I’ve got an eight month old and i’m over seven months pregnant / not long and I do a home-birth that is natural (some gas and air) don’t like it.
‘So I feel everything i’m so scared but I know I am strong and go into my zone / My last labour i wouldn’t let anyone touch me or look at me I was like a horse in the corner,’ she continued.

The reality star also mentioned her boyfriend Charles Drury, who she has recently got back together with after a rocky on/off relationship.
Dubbing him ‘Charlie’, she finished: ‘Charlie was behind me lifting up my legs back until I stood up to push my baby girl out’
Lauren shares her daughter Larose with the 24-year-old builder, who she ended things with in January – before confirming their reconciliation last week.
The former Dancing On Ice contestant had been in an on-off relationship with builder Charles since 2020, but previously split last November, before reuniting and splitting again in January over cheating allegations.
Insisting that she and Charles would never reunite earlier this year, sources claimed the pair were amicably co-parenting their seven-month-old daughter during their brief split.

The new mum has been finding the pregnancy difficult as she navigates parenting Larose too, who is only eight months old.
She previously revealed that she had considered having an abortion when she found out she was pregnant for the second time, sharing that she was in ‘two minds’ to The Sun.
Ultimately, Lauren decided that she was ready to become a mum again, revealing: ‘I thought, “I’m going to do it by myself”. And I’ve stuck with that. Being a single mum doesn’t scare me. It will be a challenge, but what a lovely challenge.’
