Pint-sized rapper ZaZa, five, wants to go into studio with North West, six… after Kim Kardashian admits daughter did an uncredited ‘remix’ of her beat
Five-year-old rapper ZaZa would love to record with six-year-old North West.
After North West performed an uncredited ‘remix’ of ZaZa’s beat at Paris Fashion Week on Monday, the young YouTube found herself more flattered than upset.
And when TMZ asked ZaZa if she would record with North, the rising music star had a moment of mock hesitation before she said: ‘Yeah! Yeah, that’s good!’
No hard feelings: When TMZ asked ZaZa (pictured) if she would record with North West, the rising music star had a moment of mock hesitation before she said: ‘Yeah! Yeah, that’s good!’
The little girl, who went viral last year on YouTube with the song What I Do?, said: ‘I say yes, because I’ve never met her. I’ve never seen her.’
ZaZa suggested that ‘We sing Money Coming In – here he come! If we can get them into like a studio, we can like probably go and like sing Money Coming In and stuff.’
The child could have been referring to the 2017 song Money Coming by Playboy Carti, whom she met last year, or Slim Gutta’s 2019 single Money Coming In.
ZaZa looked forward to her friendship with North, saying: ‘We’re going to like rap and like, go to Disneyland and stuff like that. That’s cool.’

Things between ZaZa and North weren’t always perfect.
During her father Kanye West’s Paris Fashion Week show, North took the stage and performed a song that was strikingly similar to What I Do?.
ZaZa’s parents wrote on social media: ‘We take PRIDE in creativity, and believe whether a child’s involved or an adult… creativity deserves RESPECT/homage!’
They added: ‘What @kimkardashian (Kanye west) are doing with their daughter… with the inspiration of ZaZa & our family in mind is okay… we not mad BUT PLS SHOW LOVE AND SUPPORT TO THE ORIGINAL FIRST!!!’

ZaZa’s parents continued that they ‘admire Kanye west, and adore his journey. However, we don’t wanna feel like our daughter’s journey in the world of entertainment is being STIFLED .’
North’s mother Kim Kardashian explained on social media that ‘Todays performance of North’s remix of ZaZa’s song was something she asked to do at the last minute and a complete surprise. I didn’t mean to not give credit where credit was due. Would love for the girls to meet soon.’

The five-year-old told TMZ that North’s performance ‘was really good. I really liked it. It felt like, it was so good. It was dope, dope.’
She went on: ‘And like it wasn’t my song, and I felt like, her just took it away. And I’m like: “Why did you took it away from me?” It was my, it was my beat.’
ZaZa explained how the situation was resolved by saying playfully: ‘Daddy speak to them, because Daddy is a gangster!’
