Rhian Sugden reveals her boobs have grown so big she now suffers from intense back pain and struggles to walk, prompting her bid to get a breast reduction.

The former Page 3 model, 35, told MailOnline her size 34F chest makes it ‘unbearable’ to walk and she’s hired a personal trainer to help improve her ‘hunched over’ posture.

In an exclusive interview, Rhian, who co-hosts new podcast Hot & Bothered with fellow OnlyFans star Sarah Jayne Dunn, 40, claims she looks like a ‘seven-year-old boy from behind’ because she is ‘all up front’ and lacks a curvy bum, as she focuses her fitness on toning up her lower body.

She said: ‘I have always been quite lucky because my mum is slinky so I’ve got good genes, but all my weight goes to by boobs, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but right now my boobs are so big that it’s unbearable to walk.

‘I just booked a personal trainer because I want to build a bum and some legs. I am like a seven-year-old boy from behind… I’m all up front my bum lets me down.

‘I want to go to the gym to sort my posture out because I am hunched over all the time.

‘My breasts mean a lot to me but throughout my Page 3 years they were a size 32D and now I’m a 34F. I would love a nice B or C cup that would be my ideal though I’m sure my work would be affected.

‘I can’t wear nice outfits, I see these dresses that flat chested women can wear and I can’t go out without a bra on. I’m getting older and gravity is going to kick in any day.

‘I’m tempted to get a boob reduction, but I know there can be a lot of scarring. I am going to the personal trainer to shrink my breasts. Watch this space, I’m hoping to be a B cup by next week.’  

In a new interview released this week, Victoria Beckham said she believes ‘women today want to look healthy, and curvy and they want to have some boobs – and a bum.’

Rhian remembers when big breasted women were celebrated in the 90s with the rise of the boob job, and then when it became fashionable to have a flat chest – and says she predicts today’s current trend of having a curvy shape, popularised by Kim Kardashian, will soon be out of style too.

She said: ‘When I first started big boobs and a slim waist were in and then there was a U-turn, and it was all about small boobs and I was well out of fashion.

‘I do think the curvier shape is in right now. Everyone is in the gym and girls working on getting their bums and thighs bigger.

‘Curvy models are all over the place, which is great. As Victoria Beckham said, I imagine slim models aren’t getting booked as regularly now because curvier girls are in but I’m sure it will do full circle.’  

Rhian, who’s married to husband Oliver Mellor, 41, says she avoids her Instagram direct messages, not because of the ‘occasional d*** pic’ but abuse she receives from women on social media.

She said: ‘I don’t tend to look at my DMs on Instagram because it’s a very dark, scary place but it’s mainly the women….

‘Women that don’t follow me leave me such abuse but men are generally quite nice. I do get the occasional d*** pic in my Inbox but I don’t get many sleaze balls – it’s a mixed bag. I don’t get famous men in my DMs anymore, maybe back in the day but not now I’m married.’

Rhian launched new podcast Hot & Bothered, which is available to stream on Spotify, last month, with former Hollyoaks actress Sarah after the pair bonded during a shoot for OnlyFans.

The duo hopes to help change the public’s preconceptions of X-rated subscription site OnlyFans and debate ‘taboo’ subjects such as ‘sex toys and sexting.’

She explained: ‘We want to debunk all the myths about OnlyFans because people have a lot of misconceptions about what we do on it and we’re tarred with one brush.

‘People think we’re a pair of bimbos, but we’re not so want to debunk all the myths people have about us and OnlyFans and to discuss taboo subjects that people feel uncomfortable talking about. We have covered sex, sex toys, we’re doing an episode about sexting next week, and it’s been a lot of fun.’
