‘I can’t f***ing move!’ West Side Story icon Rita Moreno proves she’s still fabulous and feistier than ever at 90 in elegant gown at Critics Choice Awards
Rita Moreno arrived in elegant style on Sunday at the Critics Choice Awards in Los Angeles, but quipped on the carpet that her outfit was a bit too tight.
‘I can’t f***ing move in this thing. I can’t raise my arms,’ said Rita, 90, while being interviewed by Access Hollywood’s Scott Evans.
‘I know you can’t use that word. Just bleep me!,’ added Rita who donned a two-toned Greta Constantine gown that featured puffy green sleeves, a floor-length skirt with a white front panel and a small train.

‘To my fellow nominees: You are all so stinking glorious and I love you so much. You inspire me, and especially one fellow nominee, the great Rita Moreno,’ Ariana said. ‘Seriously, you made space for me to thrive beside you. …I am not in front of you, I am not behind you, I am beside you. And that is the greatest gift you could’ve ever given me.’
The other nominees included: Caitríona Balfe for her work in Belfast; Ann Dowd for Mass; Kirsten Dunst for The Power Of The Dog and Aunjanue Ellis in King Richard.

She also has been recognized with America’s highest civilian honor, the Presidential Medal of Freedom, as well as a Kennedy Center Honor and a Peabody Career Achievement Award.
