Selena Gomez and pal Cara Delevingne enjoyed a sweet kiss while attending a basketball game together at Madison Square Garden in New York City. 

As the longtime friends watched the Knicks and Orlando Magic face off on Tuesday night, the 29-year-old model was shown on the jumbotron and not knowing exactly what to do she pointed at her cheek and the 29-year-old Only Murders In The Building star planted one right there.

The ‘kiss cam’ is a social pasttime in the US that takes place at a live event in the US as a camera scans the crowd, selects a couple, project them to the entire venue and they are to lock lips. 

Despite it not actually being a ‘kiss cam’ segment, Selena obliged in giving a smooch as she stunned in a chic camel coat, bold red lipstick and gold hoop earrings.

She styled her dark brown locks in a sophisticated updo and could be seen sharing a laugh with her bestie who wore a black long sleeve shirt. 

The Her Smell actress accessorized her ensemble with a gold chain and opted to wear her brunette tresses in a wavy ponytail. 

The pair have been close for years, and even sparked dating rumors back in 2014, which Gomez denied during a 2015 interview with PrideSource. 

When asked how she felt about the ‘gay’ rumors between them, the Rare Beauty founder told the outlet: ‘Honestly, I loved it. I didn’t mind it.’

‘Especially because they weren’t talking about other people in my life for once, which was wonderful. Honestly, though, she’s incredible and very open and she just makes me open,’ Gomez gushed. 

The Disney Channel alum concluded: ‘She’s so fun and she’s just extremely adventurous, and sometimes I just want that in my life, so I didn’t mind it. I loved it.

In the same interview, she also revealed she has questioned her sexuality, which she says ‘everybody does, no matter who they are.’

Meanwhile, Delevingne, who called it quits with Ashley Benson after two years of dating in 2020, has most recently been linked to Jaden Smith, St. Vincent, actress Michelle Rodriguez, Jake Bugg and Harry Styles.

Gomez and Delevingne both attended Saturday Night Live over the weekend to support Swift, who served as the show’s musical guest.
